mDigger Service Community

Hi, I am a pretty avid user of mDigger now.  I have become more accustomed to the interface, however I noticed that I've been saving several packages and although it saves like normal, I noticed the file is actually not on my phone or storage card.  Once I noticed, I tried to explicitly save packages to my phone and storage card and some don't even do that, even when attemped multiple times.  Please advise what I'm doing wrong.  I want to refresh my package regularly but hate having to when I'm trying to save a package that won't save.  Please advise if there is an update or if anyone else has experienced similar  This is MotoQ9m with WM6.0.  Thanks.

Can you please tell me the version of mDigger you have? The latest version is 7.6.2001.7. If you have an earlier version, please update at http://www.mdigger.com/download.aspx.

When you save the package, please make sure that you are saving it to the desired folder. And when you open the saved package, make sure you are looking in the same folder. Sometimes, it is easy to overlook this little issue.

Also please let me know whether ALL of your packages can't be saved, or only SOME of the packages can't be saved.

I downloaded the latest version and installed it.  It asked to upgrade a previous install and I said yes.  Previously, I installed on my Storage Card in \Storage Card\Program Files\mDigger... and this time, I installed on the device main memory \Program Files\mDigger... I deleted the previous folder on my trage Card because it was empty.  Now, when I have open mDigger, I see the latest version 7.6.2001.7 however the problem isn't fixed.  I did a search on *.mht files on my phone and the only files are either stored in \My Documents (Main Memory) or \Storage Card (Storage Card).  Please advise.

Let's try one more thing: Please remove mDigger completely from your phone and when prompted whether you want to keep your channels, say NO. This will completely uninstall it and will remove any old channels on your device. Then reinstall the latest version and try to save.

If it still does not work, I will forward this issue to our developers.

Just following up with you to check whether complete reinstallation of mDigger fixed the problem of saving the channels. Our developers found an issue that somtimes causes the channels not to be saved. We will release a new build some time in the end of December that will have a fix. 

I apologise for any inconvenience that you currently might be experiencing and I will let you know as soon as the fix is available.
