It does not look to me as our server's response. More like some proxy error page sent back to the client probably due to the authentication problems. Could you please post the whole error message you receive? Do you use any proxy servers?

rlope.mdigger.net. Please check "Tools \ Settings... \ Connection \ Server" setting in mDigger Template Builder to make sure it has the right value.
After successfully saving the channel you will be able to update it by pressing "Update Channel" and read it on the main mDigger site at
http://www.mdigger.net/en/catalog/myChannels.aspx (on condition that template is correct and there were no problems during the transformation).
About publishing the channel please read "Publishing Your Packet Templates within mDigger Service" section on this page
http://developer.mdigger.net/ (just read "packet" as "channel"). I doubt I can explain it better than that.
